This course familiarizes you with the basic idea of soil fertility and its fertilization for agriculture starting from the plant nutritional requirements.
The course then presents mineral and organic fertilization, their advantages and disadvantages.
The course gives practical advice on fertilization in general and for rice cultivation in particular, and ends by introducing alternative or complementary practices to the fertilizer use.
